The water tank was severely dented. After adding hot water and doing various things, it somewhat regained its shape, but that part was disappointing. Other than that, there are no particular issues, and my cat also uses it.
Great wee feeder, awesome when you are away 1 night secure with the knowledge your furbaby will have a good supply of bikkies. Not so good if your cat over eats lol.
